Position Summary...
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.What you'll do...Senior Analyst – Learning & Development(Process Trainer)Senior Analyst Learning & Development (Process Trainer) for Contact Center at Walmart, will play a pivotal role in onboarding and upskilling associates by delivering structured training programs aligned with Walmart’s service standards. Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives that drive employee performance and organizational growth. Facilitate learning sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer across contact center operations. This role will leverage data-driven insights to enhance learning strategies, optimize training effectiveness, and support performance development programs across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Design and Development
  • Develop training programs by applying instructional design methodology and adult learning theory to ensure effective learning experiences.
  • Create sector-specific programs and reinforcement mechanisms in partnership with L&D Consultants.
  • Design training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning content, to support various learning styles and needs.
  • Training Delivery
  • Conduct training sessions for employees at different levels, ensuring the content is engaging and informative.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize various training methods, such as classroom training, virtual training, and on-the-job training, to accommodate diverse learning preferences.
  • Performance Analysis and Improvement
  • Analyze training effectiveness by collecting and evaluating feedback from participants.
  • Identify gaps in knowledge and skills through assessments and performance metrics.
  • Recommend improvements to training programs based on data analysis and feedback to ensure continuous development.
  • Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure training objectives are met and expectations are clear.
  • Work closely with L&D Consultants to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery and content.
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, assessments, and feedback.
  • Prepare reports on training outcomes and effectiveness for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all training activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field and 3 years' experience in training and development.
  • Option 2: 5 years' experience in training and development, with a focus on process training.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 6 – 10 years of experience in process training within a BPO/KPO/Contact Center environment (preferably international voice process)
  • Prior exposure to Walmart systems or retail customer service is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and change management frameworks is a plus.
