Job Description

Collaborate effectively within a team; strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.  Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2012–2022).  Install, configure, and manage MS-SQL Server, including backup scheduling and performance tuning.  Ensure adherence to best practices for system and service management across all environments.  Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain 24x7x365 uptime.  Resolve issues related to RDP, FTP, Task Scheduling, and user access.  Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools.  Manage vulnerabilities and apply necessary patches and updates.  Handle application management tasks involving Python, PyCharm, and Apache.  Configure and manage SSL certificates and ensure secure communications.  Analyze logs and performance data to identify and report exceptions.  Perform daily system monitoring, including log reviews and verification of scheduled jobs (e.g., backups, clean-ups).  Maintain and manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and user account provisioning.  Implement and manage file and print services, DFS, and NTFS permissions.
