Global Claims Quality Assurance (“QA”) form part of the Global Claims Team. The QA and DA team’s core aim is to assist Claims audit functions by providing support and expertise to all internal and external quality-related activity. The focus of the Global QA Framework is to improve claims outcomes through the QA cycle.
What You’ll Be DOING
What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Identification of necessary claims initiatives and good practice.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support the implementation of them.
- Identify trends, themes, and risk-based focus areas (e.g. via Global landscape analysis and clearly articulated MI requirements).
- Coordinating and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., QA/DA Managers, Auditors, TPAs, other claim functions, etc.) to ensure the highest level of quality service.
- Be responsible for the flow of day-to-day operations.
- Responsible for the timely production and circulation of various QA/DA Global Claims dashboards which provide key stakeholders with a high-level overview of key findings, trends, risks, and themes.
- Analyzing QA output and adding insights to monthly and quarterly summary reports for the Global Claims function and other key stakeholder requirements.
- Producing ad hoc reports, as required, by the Head of QA/DA and other key stakeholders.
- Foster or maintain a collaborative relationship with internal and external clients.
- Keep repository for updated process documents and referral database as and when updates/communication received from onshore.
You will report to Deputy Manager Claims.

Required Skills And Abilities
- Exhibits outstanding organizational abilities in handling a heavy workload and managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
- Possesses effective technical and operational expertise in claims.
- Demonstrates proficiency in MS Excel, ranging from intermediate to advanced skills.
- Produces high-quality, clear, and professional written communication.
- Consistently meets established processing targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Desired Skills And Abilities
- Relevant years of work experience, preferably within insurance, reinsurance, BFSI, or operations domains.
- Proficiency with Claims source systems such as XL GC, Frame, or Genius.
- Knowledge of AXIOM for data extraction (considered an advantage).
- Robust data analysis skills with expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Graduate or post-graduate degree in Commerce or related field, with at least 50% aggregate.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
