Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Agency Manager located in Bhubaneshwar. The Senior Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting and training insurance agents, tracking their performance, ensuring sales targets are met, and developing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction. The role involves building strong relationships with agents and customers and providing continuous support to achieve business goals.

• Strong knowledge of insurance products and market trends
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM software

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
