Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Visibility

·        Plan and execute annual marketing, outreach, and branding strategies.

·        Lead digital + on-ground campaigns aligned with lead-generation goals.

·        Ensure compelling content, presentations, and marketing collaterals.

School & Counsellor Outreach

·        Build strong relationships with CBSE/ISC/IB schools and education counsellors.

·        Conduct presentations, fairs, parent sessions, and engagement events.

·        Expand Firebird’s reach into new cities and high-potential markets.

Recruitment & Conversion

·        Oversee the lead funnel—from inquiry to enrollment—ensuring smooth conversions.

·        Coordinate closely with counselling, academics, and marketing teams.

·        Design engagement journeys to improve conversion ratios.

Team Leadership

·        Lead and guide outreach executives and tele calling teams.

·        Set targets, monitor performance, and build a high-energy, results-driven culture.

Data, CRM & Reporting

·        Maintain dashboards, track leads, analyze ROI, and report insights.

·        Provide data-driven strategies to strengthen recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

·        MBA/PG degree (Marketing preferred).

·        5–8 years in education marketing, school outreach, or international recruitment.

·        Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

·        Proficiency in CRM, Excel, dashboards, and digital marketing coordination.

·        Multilingual ability preferred (English, Tamil, Hindi).
