As the Senior Administrator - Human Resources, you will assist with the full employee employment life cycle, employee benefit administration and will work closely with Payroll, broader HR team, and Finance team on employee related matters. You will ensure seamless HR operations, employee satisfaction, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Administer Oracle-based HRMS, and other leave and attendance tools and processes, ensuring statutory compliance of the region, resolving employee queries, and managing benefits (including health, life, and any other insurance). 
 - Assist with on-boarding of new hires and transfers, including, if needed, drawing up employment contracts with completion of documentation and timely delivery of induction sessions.
 - Manage background verification checks (pre- and post-joining and drug screen process, if applicable to the county of the job role) and provide support for related processes.
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information across HRMS platforms.
 - Process full employee employment lifecycle changes (reporting manager updates, transfers, employment modifications).
 - Oversee exit formalities and coordinate the clearance of IT and other assets. Issue exit letters and ensure accurate Full & Final settlement details.
 - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Be able to independently run payroll after an initial learning period. Support calculations for settlements, incentives, and statutory contributions.
 - Partner with third party benefit providers on renewals and associated administration.
 - Process monthly billings from various vendors, including reviewing for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
 - Ensure statutory compliance and other applicable regulations in the region and support audits and external reporting requirements.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience required
 - Post Graduate Qualifications in HR Operations/Administrations preferred
 - 3-5 year in relevant HR Operations role 
 - Comprehensive knowledge of payroll
 - Good analytical and mathematical skills 
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills
 - Collaborative team work and autonomous working
 - Strong attention to detail
 - A second relevant language would be preferred if working in a region where there are multiple countries preferred
 - Organized and results driven preferred
