Senior Accounts Manager

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team in daily activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer billing.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions for audits and financial planning.
• Review payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and expense claims.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for cost control and profitability improvement.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to company financial policies.
• Lead monthly and annual closing activities and ensure timely reporting.
• Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and projections.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter or Final) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
• In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or service-based organizations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
