Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or market.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Account Strategy & Growth

  • Develop account plans to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services.
  • Monitor account performance and proactively address issues.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver optimal client solutions.
  • Provide input on product improvements and market trends.
  • Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track sales activities using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Experience in [industry] is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage multiple accounts.
