Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or market. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets. Account Strategy & Growth Develop account plans to maximize customer lifetime value. Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services. Monitor account performance and proactively address issues. Internal Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver optimal client solutions. Provide input on product improvements and market trends. Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support. Reporting & Analysis Track sales activities using CRM software. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights. Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities. QualificationsEducation & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development. Experience in [industry] is a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage multiple accounts.
