Senior Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations, oversee financial processes, and ensure accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with documentation, invoicing, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including vouchers, invoices, and ledger updates.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and return filing.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain proper ageing reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer reconciliations.
• Supervise payroll preparation and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, forecasts, and budgeting data.
• Ensure accuracy in document filing, DC management, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for accounting and compliance requirements.
• Support management with financial insights for decision-making.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage accounts end-to-end.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in handling large documentation and invoice volumes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
