Senior Accounts Executive

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Should be able to close AP transactions independently, prepare and execute FAR transactions.
• FEMA compliance.
• Coordinates with other cross function for data collection.
• GL review on weekly and monthly basis and ensuring correctness of data.
• Calculation and preparation of monthly provision and accrual and passing entry in system.
• Maintaining balance sheet reconciliation and PNL variance analysis.
• HFM closing for BU.
• Monthly Flash submission and collection data points from sales team and ops team.
• Handling Stat and Internal audit submitting schedules AP and GL and FAR.
• Partakes in internal factory key initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding on Oracle/JDE and MS Office software like MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Has good understanding of finance and ability to work with internal & external stakeholders.
• Ability to lead change and alignment on new concepts and approaches through persistence, self-motivation, follow-through, and commitment.
• Great teammate who builds and maintains positive team member relations.
• Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Possess strong analytical skills.
