Job Description – Accounts & Administration Executive Location: Indore Industry: Iron & Steel Trading Firm Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Administration Executive to manage accounting, taxation, purchase, logistics, and office administration functions. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally ERP, GST, and income tax compliance, along with the ability to handle day-to-day operations effectively. Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Compliance: Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP. Handle GST filing, TDS, and Income Tax-related compliances. Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and MIS reports. Purchasing & Vendor Management: Oversee purchase department activities including vendor coordination, order processing, and payment follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, bills, and vendor accounts. Logistics & Dispatch: Coordinate vehicle lineup, logistics, and dispatch of goods. Ensure timely delivery to customers while optimizing transport efficiency. Office Administration: Supervise office operations and ensure smooth workflow. Manage documentation, record-keeping, and support management in decision-making. Key Skills Required: Proficiency in Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance. Strong understanding of accounting principles and business operations. Good communication, vendor management, and negotiation skills. Ability to coordinate logistics and handle dispatch planning. Strong organizational and multitasking skills for office administration. Qualifications & Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts, preferably in trading/manufacturing firms. B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Prior exposure to Iron & Steel trading sector will be an added advantage.
