Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with Company Secretary (CS) qualifications to manage complete accounting operations, statutory compliances, and company secretarial responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, and hands-on expertise in finance, taxation, and corporate governance.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
- Manage full-cycle accounting including ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and month-end closing.
- Finalize financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Handle GST workings, monthly returns, reconciliation, and annual filings.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and quarterly returns.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain fixed assets register and depreciation schedules.
- Provide MIS reports, budgeting support, and financial analysis to management.
Company Secretarial (CS) Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and related corporate laws.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers, board minutes, resolutions, and meeting documentation.
- Manage ROC filings such as AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, and other annual/periodic compliances.
- Organize and conduct Board Meetings, AGM, and other committee meetings.
- Draft resolutions, agreements, legal documents, and ensure proper corporate governance.
- Handle share allotment, transfers, issuance documentation, and related secretarial records.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities for various compliances.
- Ensure compliance with FEMA and other regulatory requirements (if applicable).
Requirements
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with strong accounting background
- OR
- CA Inter/M.Com/B.Com + CS
- qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and company secretarial functions.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, ROC compliances, Companies Act, and accounting standards.
- Proficient in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, IT).
- Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple compliances and deadlines with high accuracy.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing/trading/service industry accounting.
- Ability to implement systems, streamline processes, and support management in decision-making.
- Leadership skills to guide accounting/CS team members if required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
