“We are seeking dynamic professionals from the lighting and poles industry to join our team, bringing expertise in innovative illumination solutions, smart pole infrastructure, and project execution to drive growth and impact.”

The Area Sales Executive/Area Sales Manager (ASE/ASM) will be responsible for driving sales growth and business development in their assigned region. This includes managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring successful execution of sales strategies for both civil infrastructure and government projects in the industrial field. The ASE will act as a vital link between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure revenue targets and project success.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in civil and government segments.

· Identify, pursue, and manage business opportunities in infrastructure, EPC, and government sectors.

· Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, government bodies, and decision-makers.

· Manage end-to-end bidding for government projects.

· Coordinate with the projects and execution team to ensure timely delivery and installation.

· Prepare detailed market intelligence and competitor analysis reports.

· Ensure timely collection of receivables and manage credit limits with clients.

· Maintain CRM data, weekly reports, and sales forecasts.

· Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and technical discussions to promote products.

· Provide regular feedback to senior management on market trends and product development needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical preferred) or related field. MBA is a plus.

· Proven track record in industrial sales, particularly in civil and government projects.

· Strong knowledge of documentation.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to lead and manage a team of Sales Engineers or Executives if required.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
