Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to manage end-to-end payable operations, including invoice processing, reconciliations, tax compliance, and payroll support. The ideal candidate is proactive, deadline-driven, and skilled in Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities

• Statement Processing:

  Post bank & credit card entries in Tally Prime without backlog.

• Due-Date Management:

  Track & send reminders for vendor, credit card, and tax payments.

• Transaction Recording:

  Accurately record bills, payments, and expense categories in Tally.

• Reconciliation:

  Match bank/credit card statements with ledgers; resolve variances.

• Document Management:

  Retrieve invoices from email & organize in shared Drive folders.

• Tax Compliance:

  Apply correct TDS/GST/RCM treatments; maintain compliance records.

• Payroll Support:

  Assist in payroll calculations, deductions & coordination with HR.

• MIS Reporting:

  Prepare expense, payment & tax summaries for management.

• 100% timely postings & reconciliations
• Zero errors in ledger entries & tax treatments
• All invoices organized daily in shared folders
• Payroll & compliance processed without errors

Required Skills

• Proficiency in

  Tally Prime, MS Excel, Google Sheets

• Knowledge of

  AP, TDS, GST, RCM, PTRC/PTEC & payroll basics

• Strong attention to detail, multitasking & communication skills

Qualification

• B.Com / Finance / Accounting

  degree
• Tally, GST, or Payroll certification is a plus
