Senior Accountant

We're seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial accounting, reporting, and analysis. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial statements, managing budgets, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage and oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Manage budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
