Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and construction materials? We’re looking for a Project Estimator to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Analyze architectural drawings and specifications to prepare accurate project cost estimates.
• Use industry knowledge to assess material, labor, and time requirements.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure budget alignment.
• Prepare and manage bid proposals and cost tracking documentation.
• Assist in value engineering to optimize project budgets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in estimating or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Strong understanding of engineering materials, construction methods, and market pricing.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Nice to Have:

• Background in architecture, civil engineering, or construction management.
