Role Overview: As a Project Estimator at Shlok TeQ, you will be responsible for cost management, construction estimating, project estimation, budgeting, and effective communication. Your role will involve working closely with the team to ensure accurate and efficient project estimates to meet client needs and expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize strong skills in cost management, construction estimating, and project estimation to provide accurate estimates - Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to communicate project requirements and updates - Conduct budgeting and financial analysis to support project planning and execution - Demonstrate attention to detail and strong analytical skills in estimating project costs - Manage time effectively and organize tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines - Utilize proficiency in relevant software and tools to enhance the estimation process - Work on projects related to Countertop, flooring, and Cabinet estimation Qualifications Required: - Strong skills in cost management, construction estimating, and project estimation - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients - Experience in budgeting and financial analysis - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills - Strong organisational and time management skills - Proficiency in relevant software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Experience in the construction industry is a plus,
