• Project analysis: Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other documents to understand the full scope of a project.
• Cost calculation: Determine and calculate costs for all aspects of a project, including labor, materials, equipment, and any other required resources..
• Cost analysis: Analyze data to prepare detailed cost analysis reports and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Reporting and communication: Present prepared estimates to management and other stakeholders, and maintain clear communication with team members, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Database management: Maintain a cost database by entering and backing up data.
