Job Role: Cost Estimator Location: Pune/Nagpur Shift Timings: General Shift (Work from Office, Monday - Friday) Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in Estimating/Takeoffs for US Projects Key Skills and Responsibilities: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Estimating & Takeoffs. Proficiency in relevant estimating software/tools like Bluebeam, PlanSwift or Onscreen Take-off is preferred. Extensive experience working on US Projects. Proficiency in take-offs, with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Ability to analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documents to prepare accurate estimates. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
