Project Estimator

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated, and experienced

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse drawings, project drawing and specifications, and related documentation to determine material for assigned construction projects.

• Develop and prepare detailed and itemized estimates and bid proposals for new construction, renovations, and maintenance projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.

• Collaborate effectively with Customers to define project scope, technical requirements, and deliverables.

• Manage multiple estimation projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, and adapting to evolving project requirements.

• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations throughout the estimating process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A

  bachelor's degree in civil engineering

  is strongly preferred.

• Proven professional experience as a

  Project Estimator

  within the construction industry; a minimum of

  1

  years

  is preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of the

  CSI Master Format Divisions, in all Division 32 (Exterior Improvements).

• Experience estimating for both

  Multifamily, Schools, Healthcare and commercial

  construction projects.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex project documents.

• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.

• Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Take-off, MS Excel, or equivalent platforms would be highly desirable and considered a strong asset for the role.

• Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-driven approach, excelling in cross-functional teamwork, pre-construction problem-solving, and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
