Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role: HSM Edifice is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in managing social media, running ad campaigns, generating leads, and leading a small creative/marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the companys digital presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc. Manage a small team of designers or content creators to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with brand goals Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive awareness and generate leads Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries professionally and promptly Work with internal teams to ensure all designs, campaigns, and communication materials are completed within deadlines Develop engaging and creative content that reflects the brand’s tone and supports marketing objectives Create promotional materials including banners, social posts, emailers, and internal updates Generate and qualify leads through organic and paid channels; track and report conversions Provide strategic input and fresh marketing ideas to improve reach, engagement, and impact Analyze digital campaign data, social insights, and lead funnel metrics to optimize future campaigns Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing Requirements: 4-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a mid-level or lead role Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital ads, and online lead generation Experience in managing or mentoring team members or external creative partners Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Google Analytics Excellent communication, copywriting, and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without supervision Proactive, creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset Bonus Points For: Prior experience in real estate, construction, or architecture industries Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, email marketing, or CRM tools Basic design or video editing skills Why Join HSM Edifice?
