Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven applications tailored for the construction industry. Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive data-driven decision-making. Build predictive models for project forecasting, risk analysis, and resource optimization. Implement deep learning and machine learning algorithms for computer vision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows. Continuously monitor and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. Document and maintain code, algorithms, and project details for future reference. Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript . Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn . Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Strong understanding of computer vision, OCR. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for model deployment. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark. Knowledge of construction domain-specific applications of AI/ML. Exposure to IoT, edge computing, and real-time analytics .
