Senior Accountant – Real Estate Industry 📍 Location: B-7, 2nd Floor, Sector 4, Noida 🏢 Department: Finance & Accounts 🧑‍💼 Reports to: Director / CEO / Senior Management 📈 Experience: Minimum 5–10 years (Real Estate or Construction industry preferred) 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site 💰 Salary: Based on experience and expertise About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to take full ownership of the accounting and financial operations of Neo Casa Infratech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of end-to-end accounting, GST, TDS, taxation, audits, reconciliations, and reporting—especially within the real estate industry. This role is critical to maintaining financial discipline, regulatory compliance, and efficient cash flow management as the business scales. Key Responsibilities:Handle complete accounts finalization, including P&L, balance sheets, ledgers, and cash flow statements Manage GST filing, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances accurately and on time Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, and journal entries Maintain and monitor books of accounts using Tally or accounting software Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and audits Prepare MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget analysis for management Manage vendor payments, client invoicing, and ensure proper documentation Liaise with auditors, CA firms, banks, and government departments for regulatory processes Ensure all transactions comply with applicable accounting standards, laws, and internal controls Track and manage receivables/payables, project costing, and real estate taxation matters Support senior management in strategic decision-making with accurate financial insights Candidate Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance CA Inter or MBA (Finance) preferred but not mandatory Minimum 3–7 years of accounting experience (Real estate background is a major plus) Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting tools Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, ROC filings, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and other compliances Must be independent, trustworthy, accurate, and highly organized Ability to manage a small accounts team and multiple projects simultaneously Why Join Us?At Neo Casa Infratech Pvt.
