Job Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities including vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Maintain books of accounts up to finalization support.
• Bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking.

GST & Statutory Compliance

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
• Reconcile GSTR-2A / 2B with purchase register.
• Handle GST notices, audits, and coordination with consultants.
• Manage TDS calculations, payments, and returns.

Payroll

• Process monthly payroll including salary calculation, deductions, and incentives.
• Handle PF, ESI, PT, and payroll-related statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with HR for attendance and employee data.

Auditing

• Support internal and statutory audits.
• Prepare audit schedules and ensure timely closure of audit queries.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance records.

Purchase – Inward & Outward

• Verify purchase invoices, GRNs, and vendor reconciliations.
• Track inward and outward purchase entries.
• Coordinate with stores and procurement for stock and invoice accuracy.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, Payroll, Auditing, and Purchase Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
• Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing preferred.

Qualification & Experience

• B.Com / M.Com
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
