Job Description

As an Accountant at our company, your role will involve monitoring the books of accounts prepared by the team and ensuring their accuracy. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements as per the established schedule, with inputs from the accounting department, and submitting them on time. Additionally, you will conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations to maintain accurate reporting and analyze financial statements for discrepancies that require the attention of the Managing Directors. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor the books of accounts prepared by the team - Prepare financial statements in accordance with the schedule - Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations - Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and bring issues to the Managing Director's attention Qualifications Required: - UG degree (Degree in Commerce preferred) - Minimum 5 years of experience - Good knowledge in Advanced Excel - Strong communication skills - Basic knowledge in Tally Prime - Age limit: 30 - 40 years In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, as an employee, you will be entitled to the following benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position.
