📢 We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – Real Estate 📍 Location: Noida Sector 4 💼 Experience: 2 to 6 years (Real Estate – Land Sales) 💰 Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in land sales. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets. Lead negotiations and close deals with favorable outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and finance teams. Prepare and present regular performance reports to management. What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in business development within the real estate sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Deep understanding of the Noida real estate market. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
