HIRING: SENIOR ACCOUNTS MANAGER( MALE)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3-5 YEARS same field
RESPONSBILITIES:
1. Financial Management & Accounting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including fee collection, expense management, and reconciliation.
- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
2. Budgeting & Planning
- Develop and monitor annual budgets for the institution.
- Track budget utilization across departments (academic, administrative, events, etc.).
- Provide financial forecasts to management for decision-making.
- Suggest cost control measures and optimize resource allocation.
3. Fee & Revenue Management
- Supervise student fee collection, installment schedules, scholarships, and concessions.
- Monitor overdue fee cases and coordinate with administration for timely recovery.
- Manage income from multiple streams (tuition, hostel, transport, grants, donations, etc.).
4. Compliance & Audit
- Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
- Handle internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and records.
- File necessary returns and coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities
5. Reporting & MIS
- Generate monthly and annual MIS (Management Information System) reports for the board/principal/management.
- Present variance analysis (budget vs. actual expenditure).
- Provide timely financial insights for academic and infrastructure expansion plans.
6. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and supervise junior accountants, clerks, and finance assistants.
- Train staff on accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).
- Coordinate with departments (HR, Administration, Purchase, etc.) for smooth financial operations.
7. Vendor & Purchase Management
- Verify and approve vendor bills, contracts, and payments.
- Maintain proper records of procurement, AMC contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Negotiate with vendors for cost-effectiveness.
8. Asset & Fund Management
- Maintain records of institutional assets (buildings, lab equipment, library books, etc.).
- Monitor depreciation, capital expenditure, and maintenance budgets.
- Manage fixed deposits, loans, grants, and endowment funds.
9. Strategic Support
- Assist management in financial planning for new courses, branches, or infrastructure projects.
- Support in fundraising, government grants, and CSR initiatives.
- Advise on financial viability of academic collaborations or expansions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
