Corporate Security Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate & Physical Security

• Monitor and control access to corporate premises, including employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles
• Conduct regular security patrols to ensure safety and compliance with corporate security standards
• Operate and monitor CCTV, access control systems, alarms, and other surveillance equipment
• Identify, report, and respond to security incidents or suspicious activities

Anti-Theft & Asset Protection

• Implement and enforce anti-theft measures to prevent loss of company assets
• Investigate incidents of theft, pilferage, or asset misuse and prepare detailed incident reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and management during investigations
• Support implementation of loss-prevention strategies and controls

Inventory Audit Support

• Assist in periodic physical inventory audits of IT assets, office equipment, and consumables
• Verify asset movement, tagging, and records in coordination with Admin / Finance teams
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or irregularities identified during audits
• Maintain accurate logs related to asset and inventory checks

Phishing & Information Security Awareness

• Support corporate initiatives related to phishing prevention and information security awareness
• Assist in identifying suspicious emails, access attempts, or potential social engineering threats
• Report phishing incidents and coordinate with IT / InfoSec teams for corrective action
• Ensure compliance with company data protection and information security policies

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain daily security logs, visitor records, and incident reports
• Ensure adherence to corporate security policies, SOPs, and compliance standards
• Coordinate with external security agencies and local authorities when required

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong observation, analytical, and reporting skills
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and security systems
• Awareness of corporate information security risks (phishing, social engineering)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• High integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations calmly
