• Identify, diagnose, and resolve structural issues, including cracks, leaks, and material degradation. • Coordinate and oversee repairs, including masonry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other facility components. Required Candidate profile The preferred candidate will have a 4-8 Yrs of relevant exp. in similar role.
