Security Officer

As a Security Officer at our company, your role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of passengers, staff, and airport facilities. You will be responsible for enforcing aviation security regulations, monitoring restricted areas, and responding to security incidents. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain security standards according to Company requirements. - Ensure effective threat assessment and response capability. - Achieve department goals and follow up on tasks. - Perform duties in alignment with the Security Programme. - Maintain performance standards and follow up with your shift. - Continuously monitor the Quality System and the level of conformance. - Ensure and secure quality levels. - Control theft and pilferage of company property. - Ensure implementation of AEP Guidelines issued by Airport Operator, BCAS, MOCA, Govt of India. - Ensure effective assessment & proper scrutiny of AEP application and supporting documents before submission to regulatory authority for TAE/BAEP. - Maintain files and log sheets. - Provide inputs for training requirements. - Update manuals and local procedures. - Ensure competent and qualified workforces are deputed for duty. - Verify Invoices. Required Skills & Experience: - Strong communication skills. - Ability to work well in a team. - 0-1 years of experience in Security. Good To Have: - Experience in aviation. - AVSEC/Screener certification. - Knowledge of regulatory compliances. Educational Qualification: - Should be a Graduate.
