Company Name -: Shri Maa Group Key Responsibilities Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments Organize and store inventory in designated locations Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (if certified) Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse Support quality control and report damaged goods Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments Assist in assembling/disassembling storage racks and pallets Help with returns, restocking, and documentation Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer literacy (inventory systems, email, etc.) Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods Strong organizational and time-management skills Team-oriented with good communication abilities Forklift certification (preferred but not always required) Familiarity with safety protocols and warehouse procedures
