Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in basic accounting principles, with hands-on experience in accounts payable/receivable, GST filing, taxation, and audit support. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial transactions and compliance with statutory regulations. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage and process all accounts payable (vendor payments, expenses) and accounts receivable (customer invoicing, collections). Perform day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or other accounting software. Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers (General Ledger, Debtors Ledger, Creditors Ledger). Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
