Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive cum Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the organization by handling day-to-day accounting tasks along with administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth operations of the office. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Bank, Cash, Journal). Assist in preparing and maintaining financial statements and reports. Handle accounts payable and receivable. Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management. Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings. Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements. Administrative Responsibilities: Handle general office administration, including documentation and filing. Manage correspondence, emails, and calls. Support HR activities such as attendance records and leave management. Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors. Assist management in scheduling meetings and handling day-to-day operations. Requirements: 6 months to 3 years of accounting experience (admin experience preferred). Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance is an advantage.
