Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized, efficient, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily operations, scheduling, communication, project coordination, and strategic tasks. The role requires confidentiality, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced real estate environment. --- Key Responsibilities Administrative & Executive Support Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle emails, calls, and official communication on behalf of the CEO. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information. Coordination & Communication Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Admin, HR, Accounts, etc.). Follow up on tasks assigned by the CEO to different teams and ensure timely completion. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders for meetings and project discussions. Project & Office Management Assist in project updates, tracking timelines, and preparing status reports. Support in planning events, reviews, launches, and project-related activities. Research and gather data needed for decision-making. Monitor office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the CEO's working environment. Strategic Support Analyze reports, presentations, and business data for the CEO. Support in planning business strategies, reviewing proposals, and preparing business documents. Handle high-priority tasks and decisions in alignment with CEO directives. --- Requirements Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 2–5 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (Real estate experience is a strong advantage). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and email drafting. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quick at task execution. Professional, confident, and able to handle pressure. Ability to multitask and manage senior-level responsibilities.
