Handle and manage all incoming and outgoing emails professionally. Work across different portals of multinational companies for documentation, shipment updates, and communication. Prepare ASN (Advance Shipment Notice), check Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and other required documents. Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely execution of orders. Maintain records, reports, and documentation using MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Ensure proper follow-ups with clients and internal departments. Communicate effectively via phone and email with clients and company officials. Provide support in basic administrative and operational tasks.
