Job Description – Personal Assistant to Managing Director Experience: 0–3 Years Languages Required: English & Kannada Location : Koramangala Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive, presentable, and well-organized Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in day-to-day operations, scheduling, communication, and coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent time-management abilities, and the confidence to handle responsibilities with a positive attitude. Freshers with the right mindset and professionalism are encouraged to apply. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Scheduling & Calendar Management Manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings. Ensure all meetings are well-planned and reminders are shared in advance. Handle calendar conflicts and prioritize engagements effectively. 2. Communication & Coordination Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal teams as well as external stakeholders. Coordinate with branch teams, senior staff, vendors, and visitors as required. Draft and manage email communication, meeting notes, and follow-ups. 3. Meeting & Event Support Arrange, organize, and prepare for meetings and internal events. Ensure all required documents, presentations, and reports are ready beforehand. Coordinate logistics such as travel bookings, venue arrangements, and hospitality. 4. Administrative Support Maintain confidential documents, files, and reports. Assist in preparing presentations, business reports, and data as required. Ensure the MD’s office is well-organized, presentable, and ready for daily operations. 5. Professional Representation Welcome and coordinate with guests, visitors, and clients. Represent the MD in a professional and courteous manner during interactions. 6. Skills & Personal Attributes Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada. Strong presentation, decision-making, and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities with maturity. Must be presentable, confident, and well-groomed. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information effectively. Qualifications & Experience: Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred). 0–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or similar roles (freshers welcome). Proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and basic computer operations. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive mindset. Preferred Candidate Profile: Presentable and confident personality. Strong organizational and communication abilities. Ability to work with senior leadership and manage tasks independently.
