About the Role:

SEO Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the SEO team to execute effective SEO strategies.
Plan and implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
Monitor and report performance metrics, rankings, and traffic growth.
Manage ORM campaigns to build and maintain a positive brand image online.
Analyze brand mentions, respond to negative reviews/comments, and promote positive content.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for SEO-friendly content.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience (3–4 years) in
SEO and ORM
.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Proficiency in on-page optimization, link building, and keyword strategy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
