Job Description :

1. We are seeking a highly driven SEO Specialist who can scale our organic traffic by 20–30x and secure top rankings for state-wise and service-specific keywords to strengthen our digital presence.
2. The candidate should possess a vast knowledge and understanding of search engine optimization techniques and strategies to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic to our websites.
3. The candidate would be conducting detailed keyword research, performing on-site and off-site optimization, and analyzing website performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing team members to develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to our target audience.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Increase our organic traffic by 20-30 fold over a period of time.
2. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for optimization.
3. Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
4. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
5. Collaborate with content team to optimize website content based on SEO best practices.
6. Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to enhance site structure and usability.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain competitive positioning.
8. Prepare regular reports and presentations on SEO performance metrics and initiatives.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in SEO with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
3. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey SEO strategies effectively.
6. Familiarity with Tech CRMS to make necessary changes in HTML, CSS, and content management systems.
7. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
