Job role - Senior Executive - Search Engine Optimization

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Job Type: Full time

The role entails integrated marketing lead, responsible for leading and managing the company’s integrated marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Overall:

  1. Generating leads through activities digital channels such as search, seo, display, programmatic buy etc.
  2. Proficient in media buying and seo activities
  3. Implement best practices in media buying such as segmenting, targeting, frequency and deliverability.
  4. Should be able to optimize campaigns.


Digital Media Planning:

  1. Deploy continuous lead generation digital campaigns and building customer journeys from leads to acquisition.
  2. Conceptualize, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, content marketing.
  3. Generate and share reports on campaign performance optimizing strategies for enhanced performance.
  4. Monitor and manage lead progression through sales funnel.
  5. Coordinate with respective team to gather audience lists.
  6. Use data driven insights to assess campaign performance, identify areas of improvement and make data-backed recommendations.
  7. Should be able to optimize the marketing ROI.
  8. Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.


SEO Campaign:

  1. Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
  2. Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
  3. Implement on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing content, meta tags, and headings.
  4. Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues affecting search engine rankings.
  5. Monitor and improve website performance, including site speed and mobile optimization.
  6. Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach.
  7. Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  8. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of SEO efforts.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes.
  10. Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall business goals.
  11. Identify and recommend opportunities for website content improvements and expansion.
  12. Keep up-to-date with best practices in SEO and share knowledge with the team.
  13. Stay aware of competitors' SEO strategies and market trends.
  14. Troubleshoot and resolve SEO-related issues as they arise.
  15. Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
  16. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  17. Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  18. Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  19. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business to a related fields ( master’s degree preferred).
  2. Proven experience of 4-6 years in marketing.
  3. Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
  4. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  5. In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, etc.)
  6. Experience with bid management tools
  7. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  8. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  9. Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  10. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  11. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other Office 365 application.
  12. Proficiency in marketing analytics and data driven decision making.
  13. Strong familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies.
  14. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  15. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  16. Should be able to collaborate with various departments such as sales, product, IT, Customer support to align initiatives and execution.
  17. Manage relationships with external marketing agencies vendors, partners to support campaign execution and achieve marketing goals.
  18. Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
  19. Should be abreast of current marketing tools used in marketing.
