We are expanding our global team and are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to drive organic growth, execute advanced SEO campaigns, deliver measurable results, and provide strategic insights for a diverse range of clients. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly shape SEO strategy and execution across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Implementation

• Execute end-to-end SEO strategies for multiple clients
• Perform in-depth keyword research based on search intent, volume, and competition
• Optimise on-page elements including metadata, header tags, alt attributes, and URLs
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes, including crawl errors, broken links, site speed issues, mobile usability, and structured data
• Implement schema markup, internal linking strategies, and advanced on-page SEO techniques
• Plan and execute link-building campaigns targeting high-quality, relevant websites
• Optimise website content for maximum search visibility
• Set up and manage conversion tracking across websites and campaigns using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyse, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools
• Produce detailed, actionable reports covering rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions
• Conduct SEO audits and competitor analysis to refine SEO tactics and strategy
• Identify opportunities for improvement based on data-driven insights

Technical & Platform Work

• Execute website optimisations across CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify, etc.)
• Manage site architecture improvements, page speed optimisation, and other technical enhancements
• Utilise AI tools to support keyword research, content optimisation, and efficiency
• Implement tracking, tagging, and measurement setups via Google Tag Manager

Platforms & Tools You Should Know

• Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile
• WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify and other CMS platforms
• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and Grammarly

Reporting Structure & Team Interaction

You will report to the Head of Digital Services. This is primarily a non-client-facing role, requiring close collaboration with the Digital & Marketing Team in Perth and the digital and web team based in Coimbatore.

Weekly Meetings and briefing sessions will be conducted, along with workflow and task updates through Monday.com. Training on Monday.com will be provided for seamless team integration.

Work Location:

This is a full-time role (Monday–Friday) based in our Coimbatore office. As we collaborate closely with our Perth team, your working hours will be 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM IST to align with their schedule.
