Job Description

Job Title: SEO Executive / SEO Specialist

We are looking for a skilled SEO professional to drive organic growth and B2B lead generation for Arrow Digital’s products and services. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives
Conduct keyword research with strong B2B and industrial intent
Optimize websites, landing pages, blogs, and product content
Perform technical audits covering speed, crawlability, schema, and mobile SEO
Build high-quality backlinks using ethical link-building methods
Collaborate with content and marketing teams for SEO-led campaigns
Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
Monitor competitors, trends, and support CRO initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience
Proficiency with Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and CMS platforms
Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred

Experience in B2B, industrial, printing, or technology sectors
Exposure to international SEO and lead funnels
