We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven SEO Manager to take ownership of our organic growth efforts. This role will focus on implementing SEO strategies that improve search engine visibility, grow high-quality traffic, and increase lead conversion across web properties. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience in technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building, as well as working with product and dev teams to deliver scalable growth improvements.
• Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics—organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
• Optimize content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure for improved visibility.
• Work closely with content writers to ensure keyword relevance and SEO-friendly formatting.
• Maintain SEO hygiene across all pages and templates (category, product, blog, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices around speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data, and mobile UX.
• Monitor and resolve crawl errors, broken links, redirects, and sitemap issues using tools like GSC, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs. Link-Building & Off-Page SEO
• Develop and implement ethical link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Identify and pursue PR and guest posting opportunities.
• Monitor backlink profile and manage toxic link disavowals.
• Support content planning with SEO-driven topic research and intent analysis.
• Help create and maintain content calendars for blog, landing pages, and educational content.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance dashboards and share insights with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO trends.
• Hands-on expertise in keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
• Experience conducting technical SEO audits and implementing fixes.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and content teams.
• Analytical mindset with a solid grasp of data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with CMS systems like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–7 years of SEO experience (in-house or agency).
• Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and ranking improvements.
• Experience in fast-paced startups, e-commerce, or D2C brands preferred.
• Experience in the clean tech or renewable energy industry.
• Familiarity with local SEO and managing city-based landing pages.
• Knowledge of JavaScript SEO and Core Web Vitals optimization.
