SEO Manager

We are looking for an experienced SEO who would be responsible for executing SEO strategies to help us build a strong online presence. The primary goal of the SEO would be to rank our website highly on search engine results pages and thereby increase organic traffic to the site. We are looking for an analytical, creative and collaborative individual to join our marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.

• Analyse website and social media pages and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Monitor website traffic, search results, and other relevant metrics to devise strategies for improvement.

• Compile all relevant performance metrics and create compelling and user-friendly reports monthly.

• Optimizing pages for desktop, tablet, and mobile use.

• Monitoring and suggesting ideas to enhance user engagement across our website.

• Perform competitor analysis to identify content gaps and areas for improvement in website design.

• Build and execute foolproof link-building strategies.

• Collaborate with other team members like content creators, social media managers, data analysts, etc. to align integrated marketing strategies and scale communication efforts.

• Provide suggestions for SEO-friendly content creation by analysing existing content marketing strategy, keyword strategy, and data/traffic analysis

• Responsible for technical monitoring of website architecture, crawl issues, and webmaster tool errors.

• Analysis and optimization of SEO efforts and results - derive actionable insights and programs to increase search results rank, drive traffic, and ultimately scale in customer acquisition and engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 +years of experience in related field

• Expertise in all the aspects of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).

• Expertise in popular SEO industry tools and resources.

• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms

• Excellent written, verbal, analytical and research skills

• Willingness to learn new tools and new methodologies of working.

• Attention to details when pulling data from multiple platforms

• Inquisitive nature and an ability to think creatively

• Up to date with new trends and best SEO practices.
