As a Regional Manager in Advertising Sales, you will oversee the sales operations within a designated region, driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships. Your role is pivotal in developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets. You will collaborate with various departments to deliver effective advertising solutions and enhance market presence. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives and managers. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development. Set individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value advertising contracts. Address and resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and customer needs. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Utilize data to make informed decisions and refine sales strategies. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Coordinate regional marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Ensure seamless execution of advertising solutions and client campaigns. Budget Management: Develop and manage the regional sales budget, ensuring cost-efficiency. Monitor expenditures and optimize resources to maximize ROI. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising sales or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
