We are looking for a dedicated SEO Executive with a passion for digital marketing and content visibility to help us expand our reach. You will play a key role in ensuring our platform is discoverable, ranks higher on search engines, and reaches individuals seeking mental health resources and support.

As an SEO Executive at Positivty, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that align with our mission of spreading awareness about mental well-being. You’ll collaborate with our content, design, and development teams to enhance online visibility, optimize content for both users and search engines, and continuously improve our organic reach.

• Perform keyword research focused on mental health, therapy, and wellness-related topics to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize on-page SEO including titles, meta tags, headers, URLs, internal linking, and structured data.
• Implement and monitor off-page SEO strategies like backlink building, guest posting, and partnerships.
• Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead in the mental health space.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure all articles, blogs, and landing pages are SEO-friendly and empathetically written.
• Track, report, and present performance metrics including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and engagement.
• Ensure all SEO activities comply with the latest search engine guidelines.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to align SEO initiatives with business goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in SEO with measurable results.
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or mental health domain is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies and storytelling for sensitive topics.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for SEO implementation.
• Familiarity with local SEO and Google Business optimization.
• Awareness of ethical digital marketing practices, especially when dealing with health-related content.
