Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for POSITVTY. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, therapists, and institutional partners. Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase platform offerings and close business deals. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions aligned with POSITVTY's services. Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that support lead generation and conversion. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM tools. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or tech-based services. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-first approach. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
