What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Scala. Work extensively with Akka HTTP, Akka Actors, and Akka Streams to build reactive, distributed systems. Integrate and process data pipelines using Kafka. Manage and optimize data storage with MongoDB. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices. What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on experience with Scala (3+ years). Solid understanding of Akka HTTP, Actor model, and Streams. Proficiency in Kafka for real-time data streaming. Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Nice to Have Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
