Responsibilities Execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies across multiple projects Build high-quality, relevant backlinks using ethical and scalable methods Perform manual outreach to website owners, bloggers, and publishers Run guest posting and link placement campaigns from prospecting to live links Analyze competitors to uncover new link-building opportunities Monitor backlink profiles and handle toxic links when required Maintain accurate records of outreach, links, anchors, and URLs Collaborate with content and on-page teams to support SEO goals Track performance and report progress with clear, meaningful insights Adapt strategies based on algorithm updates and performance trends Qualifications 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in off-page SEO and link building Strong understanding of white-hat link-building techniques and Google guidelines Proven experience with outreach-based link building, guest posting, niche edits, and resource links Ability to judge link quality based on relevance, traffic, anchor context, and placement Experience managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously Working knowledge of tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console Excellent verbal and written communication skills
