Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for POSITVTY.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, therapists, and institutional partners.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase platform offerings and close business deals.
• Understand client needs and provide customized solutions aligned with POSITVTY's services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that support lead generation and conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or tech-based services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-first approach.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
